Changes are in the air! Or something like that anyway...
Where'd the News page go, you ask? It's gone, we deleted it. Why? Simple: Anything I've been posting in the News section, I just posted here as well. It makes more sense to just post things here, that way you can comment and reply if you'd like. It just made no sense doing something twice when it was more efficient just once here.
Contact Us? Whats with that? Well, not EVERYONE that comes to this website knows our e-mail address yet. I am in the process right now of removing any e-mail addresses that have been psoted on our website, including our own. This message board is a good example. The problem is, people that send junk mail, or spam mail, use websites like this that openly display e-mail addresses to collect them and then start sending spam. In an effort to help reduce the spam on the internet, we're pulling all e-mail addresses off. I'd still like people that do not yet know our e-mail addresses to be able to conact us, so I have set up a simple form that conceals our e-mail addresses which will allow people to still contact us, and then if we reply, you can get our e-mail address that way and then contact us directly.
Funny News? What's that about?? Well, just because I got rid of the news section doesnt mean I wanted to get rid of the software I spent hours setting up and configuring for our website!! So I found a different use for it. I call it Strange and Funny News, but only Funny News would fit on the main page button! =-) Basically when I read through a lot of online articles, a lot of them are just plain funny (or strange)!! What I am doing is posting these funny or strange articles where our old news site used to be. I plan to keep updating it almost daily, as it only takes a few seconds to post an article from where ever i find it to our website (gotta love technology!). I'm hoping people will find these articles funny as well and keep coming back to check for updates.
Anyway, that should be all for now. I also added 176 new pictures today for those who like pictures! Although I'm already quickly running out of storage space again :-/ But we'll deal!
