Yes....at 8 pm I was at work. I work 1:30-10 Mon-Fri. I'll be on AIM once in a while at work depending on how busy it is.

hehehe... Actually we use MSN in the office for a number of things. Everyone has an account, that way when one of the senior techs finds out about a problem, we are all told instantly. Also useful for asking questions while talking to the customer. When we're just waiting for a call, we can chat or browse the internet or whatever. Been rather busy most of the time though.
