Here in Virginia they are extremely expensive. Up there you can get a much larger house AND a basement for less money than here. =-)

As long as you dont find a developement with too many houses....it happens sometimes. The really expensive houses behind my house dont have yards any bigger than Mike's parent's house, even though they cost A LOT. But yes...yards are nice. :-) Hey look...just 2 more weeks!

Our back yard is huge!! But we do back up to other houses with their yards. The fence works great for privacy and for keeping your kids where you can see them. More houses in a development means more friends for your boys to play with. So you'll have lots of fun looking around when the time comes to find just what you want. Yippee... 2 more weeks!

Looks like we sold our house just in time!
That would actually end up working out good for us if housing prices actually decrease over the next year or so... But I sure am glad we've already sold our house!!
