Deputy Alberti reports the arrest of Patsy Okafor, of Rochester, as a result of an investigation into the larceny of a purse from Charles Finney School in 4/07, where it was determined that Okafor stole victim’s purse. It was determined that she used victim’s credit cards to pay phone bills and to purchase items at various locations in the city of Rochester. As a result of numerous interviews, Dep. Alberti was able to identify Okafor as the suspect. On 5/23/07 she turned herself in to Dep. Alberti at Zone A, where she refused to speak with him at the advice of her PD. She was arrested, arraigned by Penfield Judge Farber and remanded to MCJ in lieu of $250 bail and city charges by Dep. Alberti.
